Our premises are cleaned after every service. We only use disinfectants and bactericides. We periodically disinfect the facilities with ozone. We keep a record of all actions according to Covid-Free regulations.
Our kitchen staff wash their hands several times during the service with hydroalcohols. All our cooks use gloves that are changed if they leave the kitchen. They wear disinfected shoes and clothing. All our staff take their temperature before starting work to avoid risks.
When entering our restaurant all customers use hydroalcoholic gels to wash their hands and we disinfect their shoes. During the service we do not use printed cards for taking commands. Toilet facilities are limited to one person at a time and are cleaned every 2 hours. Our room staff serve with gloves and mask and wash their hands periodically with hydroalcohol.
